1. Data Controller
UMY Artisan — an affiliate of Prizma İzolasyon ve Yapı Malzemeleri A.Ş., operates at Uncalı Mahallesi, Çamlık Caddesi, Demirel Sitesi B Block, K:4 D:10, Konyaaltı / Antalya and acts as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
2. Personal Data We Process
When you reach us via WhatsApp, the contact form, phone or e-mail, we process your name, phone number, e-mail address and project-related information (space type, dimensions, budget expectation, photos and videos).
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data is processed to carry out the survey and quotation process, respond to your requests, communicate with you and establish/perform a contract where applicable, based on the legal grounds of contract performance and legitimate interest under Article 5 of KVKK.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Data submitted through the channel you choose is subject to that platform's own privacy policy (WhatsApp — Meta, e-mail provider). Your data is shared with our application teams to the extent your request requires and, where applicable, transferred to platform infrastructures abroad within the framework of Article 9 of KVKK.
5. Retention Period
Your data is retained until the completion of the project and the maximum retention periods arising from legal obligations (invoices, warranty certificates, etc.); afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your Rights under Article 11 of KVKK
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if so, learn the purpose of processing, request rectification and erasure, learn the third parties to whom data is transferred, object to automated analysis results and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing. 7. Communication via WhatsApp
